Mike Minihan is the Managing Principal and Founder of Oculus Real Estate Partners and has worked in the real estate business since 2004. Mike's specialty is Commercial Real Estate with a concentration in Retail and Restaurant Tenant Representation Brokerage.

Mike is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama and serves clients throughout the southeast, as well as in a Master-Broker capacity throughout North America. Specializing in serving national, regional and local retailer and restaurant clients with comprehensive market entry strategy, planning and consulting, site selection strategy and implementation, market research, prediction interval modeling, competitive analysis, LOI negotiation, lease and PSA negotiation and transaction management.

Greg Bennett has worked in the commercial real estate business since 1996. He served as the Assistant Vice President of real estate/operations for Blimpie International restaurants where he was responsible for managing the company's existing real estate portfolio and opening new locations.

He later became the Director of Real Estate/Franchise Development for Stevi B's Pizza, Inc., where he grew the company from 9 locations to 30 locations throughout the Southeast. He moved into retail tenant-rep brokerage services in 2005 where he has specialized in serving national and regional clients with an emphasis in the franchised client base.

Specializing in unraveling consumer behavior and crafting successful strategies, Arty provides crucial business support and insights to clients. His experience in location data analysis, and in the retail food and beverage industry has sharpened his ability to leverage data for strategic site selection in retail projects.

Arty holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Minor in Engineering & Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology. With over six years of experience in location-based advertising technology, Arty has navigated various roles in product and project management. His expertise in steering complex projects is complemented by a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the retail and restaurant industry.
